Coaching sessions are typically held weekly or every other week for 30-55 minutes, via phone or video chat, based on what is most comfortable for you.
Between session support may be available via text or email. Packages are typically purchased in 3-month increments so we can gain traction and make progress. Single sessions or alternative plans may be available if our packages aren’t the best fit for you.
