My Journey to Becoming a Coach

I am a trained clinical psychologist turned coach. I have always gravitated towards goal and change-oriented styles of helping. In coaching, I use my professional training and skills to help my clients achieve their desired results.

I am also a person who lives with a life-threatening medical condition and have experienced first-hand the myriad challenges and successes that many of my clients have also endured. I use my personal and professional experience to motivate change in you.

Helping People Is What I Look Forward To Every Day

Being a Coach is inspiring.  I love guiding people towards positive changes and watching them transform their lives.

The most rewarding thing about being a Coach is seeing my clients use the skills I teach. I am committed to empowering you to make the big changes you desire.

Our Sessions are Focused on You

Sessions will provide you with the space to focus on yourself without feeling selfish. In a safe and comfortable atmosphere, you’ll be able to explore your thoughts, feelings, actions, and goals.

It’s important to me to take a collaborative approach to our work together. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to coaching. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

My Professional Background

I received a Master’s in Counseling degree from Saint Mary’s University and a Doctor of Psychology degree from the University of Saint Thomas.

I completed my residency at HealthEast (APA accredited) and a postdoctoral fellowship in Oncology Psychology and Community Mental Health at HealthEast Cancer Care and Natalis Counseling & Psychology Solutions. I have over a decade of experience in both the coaching and behavioral health field.
