Hannah Holwell, a trained executive coach.

I work with high-functioning adults, individually and in groups. I often focus on those in high stress, and challenging roles such as the medical field, entrepreneurs and leadership positions.

My Journey to Becoming a Coach

I am a trained psychotherapist, turned coach. Over my years of experience, I have found myself gravitating towards the goal directed method of coaching. I use my training in motivational interviewing and emotional intelligence to help my clients achieve their goals in leadership, performance, and business development. My own life experiences and professional education enable me to quickly identify what might be helpful to you, so that you can move forward in your life and career.

Sessions will provide you with the space to process and plan. You’ll be able to gain clarity, identify goals and move forward in the direction of your choosing.

It’s important to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and stay open to any feedback and questions you may have. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to coaching. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

My Professional Background

I received my graduate degree from Boston College.

I am trained by the College of Executive Coaching and have over 18 years of experience in both the coaching and in the human behavior field. I own my own businesses. I am also an adjunct professor at a local liberal arts college and a consultant for executives and business owners.
