I work with high-functioning adults, individually and in groups. I often focus on those in high stress, and challenging roles such as the medical field, entrepreneurs and leadership positions.
My Journey to Becoming a Coach
I am a trained psychotherapist, turned coach. Over my years of experience, I have found myself gravitating towards the goal directed method of coaching. I use my training in motivational interviewing and emotional intelligence to help my clients achieve their goals in leadership, performance, and business development.
My own life experiences and professional education enable me to quickly identify what might be helpful to you, so that you can move forward in your life and career.
Helping People is What I Do
Being a coach is a privilege. Watching you meet your goals is a great reward. I enjoy joining you in identifying goals, prioritizing skills and achieving more fulfilling lives and careers
I have a Genuine Interest in Others and Helping Them Succeed
I have a natural ability to:
Quickly identify problems and solutions
Articulate and specify goals
Sense what other people may be thinking and feeling in order to grow emotional intelligence and performance
Inspire hope for improvement
People who know me often say that I am a good listener who partners with you on your path to success.
Our Sessions are Focused on You
Sessions will provide you with the space to process and plan. You’ll be able to gain clarity, identify goals and move forward in the direction of your choosing.
It’s important to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and stay open to any feedback and questions you may have. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to coaching. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
As an Executive Coach, I Embrace the Following Philosophies
I believe that you are the expert in your own life
I believe that you deserve to reach your potential
I believe that change is possible when you allow yourself the space to do the work
I believe that people underestimate their ability for growth.
My Professional Background
I received my graduate degree from Boston College.
I am trained by the College of Executive Coaching and have over 18 years of experience in both the coaching and in the human behavior field. I own my own businesses. I am also an adjunct professor at a local liberal arts college and a consultant for executives and business owners.
