I am Katie Troyak, a trained executive coach who works with adults who are seeking goal oriented improvements in their lives, careers, and businesses.

My Journey to Becoming a Coach

I decided to pursue my post-graduate training in executive coaching after growing requests from professional clients wanting a goal oriented space to focus on enhancing career and life performance. My twenty plus years as a psychotherapist turned coach give me the unique ability to work with each client toward increased emotional intelligence and identification of peak performance behaviors resulting in the ability to achieve high level goals.

Being a coach, I have the privilege of helping clients discover, clarify, and achieve their goals. I love guiding people through the process of positive change.

Our Sessions are Focused on You

Sessions will provide you with the space to identify and clarify your intentions and goals. We will identify the relevant information to work toward finding barriers, opportunities, and tangible solutions. Each session will conclude with a plan and commitment to ensure increased awareness and client driven results.

It is important that the process is collaborative and focuses on setting goals and working to reach them together. There is not a “one size fits all” approach to coaching. Each coaching session will be tailored to fit your specific needs.

My Professional Background

I received my graduate degree from Boston College.

I completed my postgraduate training as an executive coach through the College of Executive Coaching. I am a business owner with over twenty years of experience in the coaching, consulting, and counseling industries.
